Our Call Centre
Our call centre provides help and advise to consumers on the operation of their appliances correctly and safely. This ‘soft serve’ approach means more consumers have continuous use of their appliances without the need for an engineer visit. If an engineer is needed, our soft serve allows us to acheive a high level of first time fix as we will endeavour to send the engineer with the appropriate part by clear diagnosis prior to their visit.
Systems that support people
We have developed our own bespoke system for the management of warranty data that is robust and data protection compliant. Our phone operators have been trained in the appliances covered and our systems offer model specific support at the time of customer contact
